The Lmacwey 20S intelligent system can adjust the gear position. However, you can choose to use 9-speed shifter electricity to assist your driving. HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD?

For bike frame, 1 year warranty;
For controllers, motors, batteries, forks, head tubes, handlebars, chargers, pedals, flywheels, chainstays: 1 year warranty.
Once you encounter some production related manufacturer’s defect during this period, we will take care of it according to our warranty.

HOW LONG CAN I RECEIVE MY BIKE?

2~7 business days.For pre-orders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. The carrier is FedEx/UPS/DHL. Once the items arrived in our warehouse, please allow 2~7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address.
